Antivirus product certification testing was recently revised to include products that protect the Windows 2000 operating system. To achieve ICSA Anti-Virus Certification, products are tested for their ability to detect 100% of the "in the wild" viruses as they enter the system (On-Access) and also during periodic file and directory scans (On-Demand).
